At BabyDolls, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted, in line with EU consumer protection laws.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be returned to us without undue delay

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be returned in its original packagingInclude all accessories and documentation
  • Show no signs of damage, wear, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery
  • Items returned incomplete or without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items (where clearly marked)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Defective
  • Damaged in transit
  • Or different from what was ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video of the issue.

In these cases:

  • We will cover return shipping costs
  • You may choose a replacement or a full refund

Return Process

  1. Contact us at babydollsireland@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we cover return shipping
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Please note that our daily order processing cut-off time is 2:00 PM (Dublin time). Orders placed close to this cut-off may be prepared for dispatch shortly after purchase.

If an order is placed within 3 hours of the 2:00 PM cut-off, it may be processed and dispatched before the full 3-hour cancellation window has passed. In such cases, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return process must be followed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to availability.

  • If an exchange is requested due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

  • For all other exchange requests, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping and the cost of sending the replacement item.

  • A handling fee of €9 may be deducted from refunds for non-defective returns.

All exchange requests must meet the same eligibility conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout. If you believe your parcel is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
